Hale Kau Kau, South Maui’s “Feeding the Needy“ program, has been chosen again as the beneficiary of Mulligan’s on the Blue Fifth Annual Tournament, according to Marie Osaki, program director of Hale Kau Kau in Kihei.

The Two Person Scramble Tournament will be held on Saturday, Nov. 24, with a shotgun start at noon at the challenging championship Wailea Old Blue Golf Club. Entry is $150 per person. There is a also a special family rate of $250 for two-player family team. The fee includes awards, lunch, dinner, entertainment and lots of prizes including a Toyota, hotel stays and much more.

“We want to make it a fun event,” said Michael O’Dwyer of Mulligan’s on the Blue, Maui’s only Irish bar and restaurant. “That is why we have included prizes for the highest scoring teams as well. You can’t lose if you play with the Irish, of course!”
