Maui’s own Roselani Ice Cream has created a new ?avor for Summer 2006, Menehune Tracks. This is a blue vanilla ice cream swirled with chocolate fudge sauce with both brownie chunks and fudge pieces (the most add-ins ever in a Roselani ice cream). It is offered in three-gallon tubs at the Roselani factory in Wailuku. Call ahead, 244-7951. The way to get a smaller quantity of Menehune Tracks is at local ice cream shops, called “scooping parlors” in the trade.
