As part of the development approval agreement with Maui County, Pacific Rim Land Inc. generously donated $250,000 to Lokahi Pacific to support the formation of affordable housing in South Maui. They have partnered together to provide assistance with Lokahi’s development of “Lelani,” a new seven-unit, single-family housing project in Kihei. The money will assist with site development and construction costs of the 1,100 square-foot affordable homes with three bedrooms and two baths, selling for around $250,000 each.
