Aloha Air Cargo will reveal its new logo at a ceremony on Wednesday, Oct. 15, to celebrate its latest aircraft upgrades, as well as enhanced customer services. This event will mark a new chapter for the operator, and a fresh start since the shutdown of its passenger service last spring. The Honolulu-based cargo operator announced last month that it would offer a new program, Same-Day Express Service, for routes between Honolulu, Kahului, Hilo and Kona, with a guaranteed arrival within an hour of scheduled time—or a 50 percent refund will be awarded. Aloha Air Cargo will also begin to offer pet shipping through its Lovable Pet Air Services, with a professional animal specialist on staff to ensure safety. Along with traditional pets, the service will also be able to accommodate such animals as sheep, miniature horses, turtles, rare native birds and more.
