Jojo Racoma is one of a network of trained technicians who volunteer their time to ensure the safety of Maui keiki. For Racoma, who was born and raised here and is a father himself, inspecting carseats is “a good way to give back.” Child safety seats are required in vehicles for children under four; booster seats are required for children ages four to seven.
