Hagee to speak at King’s Cathedral.Dr. John C. Hagee is the featured speaker at King’s Cathedral’s annual “Vision Conference” held Friday–Sunday, Jan. 12–14.
Dr. John C. Hagee is the founder and Senior Pastor of Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas, a non-denominational evangelical church with more than 18,000 active members.
Dr. Hagee is the president and C.E.O. of John Hagee Ministries, which telecasts his national radio and television ministry carried in America on 160 TV stations, 50 radio stations, eight networks, and can be seen weekly in 99 million homes. John Hagee Ministries is in Canada on the Miracle Channel and CTS, and can be seen in Africa, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and most third-world nations.
He is the author of 10 major books, including Beginning of the End, a run-away best-seller on the New York Times Best Seller List, and the No. 1 book in America in 1996 in the CBA non-fiction division.
Dr. Hagee was awarded the “Humanitarian of the Year” award by the San Antonio B’Nai B’Rith Council, and has also received numerous honors and accolades from national Jewish organizations for his unwavering support of Israel.
Dr. Hagee has been to Israel 22 times, and has met with every prime minister since Menechim Begin. John Hagee Ministries has given more than $8.5 million to bring Soviet Jews from the former Soviet Union to Israel. Dr. Hagee is also the Founder and Executive Director of “A Night to Honor Israel,” an event which expresses solidarity between Christians and Jews on behalf of Jerusalem, the State of Israel and the United States.
Friday’s event will begin at 7 p.m., and is free and open to the public. At Saturday’s 9 a.m. Vision Conference, registration is required registration. Dr. Hagee will also be the featured speaker at all of King’s Cathedral’s worship services on Sunday: 6 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. All of the Sunday services are free and open to the public.
King’s Cathedral is located at the corner of Pu‘unene and Dairy Roads in Kahului.
