Sorry for the delay! Tech difficulties...
Last Friday's show was dazzled by special guest co-hosts, Ola Shaw and Erin Smith from The Throwdowns, along with my usual wonderful cast of characters and supporters, plus we welcomed back our sassy sidekick Shawn Michael—a newly married man. :-)
Arriving on time (hahahaha) I slid into action right away to deliver some clever commentary, random notes, cool small biz news and the Maui Weekly delights during last Friday's vibrant episode.
We chatted about world news, including President Obama's recent revisit to birth certificate drama, along with all the goodness that the Maui community has to offer with cool views and news from the Maui Weekly.
Mike from Classic Cruisers dropped in to give us a tune-up for the weekend, and Josh from 808 Deli gave away a tasty gift card to a lucky caller.
We found out that the new Throwdowns album is going to be titled "LEGS OF OUR OWN" and we chatted up their upcoming gigs and their bright future ahead. We're so proud of this fearless foursome as they fly high on the heels of releasing their sophomore effort.
Check out the link below to hear what else ya missed, and cruise along some of my fav supporters' goods, including a brand spanking new Website for Mulligan's.
The Weekly Dish is always a great source of information regarding the Maui community, including tips on how to wrestle economic woes, where you can participate in an array environmental clean-ups and what's the haps about town with Maui Music Notes segment.
Thanks for listening every Friday! Care about your community, be good to yourself, and each other. Keep it real, Maui. Aloha. :-)
