The Hawai‘i State Department of Health (DOH) is reminding families of children attending schools participating in the Stop Flu at School program that signed consent forms are due on Friday, Sept. 11. School clinics offering free seasonal influenza vaccinations will begin in October. Parents may contact schools directly for vaccination schedule information.
