New contract for Mākena Resort negotiated

Benchmark Hospitality International successfully negotiated a new contract with union leaders on Maui for employment of the employees of Ma;kena Resort last week. Beginning Thursday, Sept. 17, Benchmark Hospitality, headquartered near Houston, began operating the resort. The privately held company is a founding member of the International Association of Conference Centers, and operates properties in major metropolitan and resort destinations around the world.
