Trey Akin, a 16-month-old boy from Makawao, enjoyed an afternoon of pumpkin picking at Kula Country Farms on Sunday, Oct. 25. The farm, located on Kula Highway across from Rice Park, offers a huge pumpkin patch selection, along with farm fresh produce, jams and jellies, as well as pumpkin butter, a seasonal favorite. The roadside stand is open Tuesdays through Fridays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
