For Valentine’s Day, Chef Curtis is preparing a very romantic meal, starting with Bubbling Passion, a sparkling wine and fruit beverage. His shared appetizers will be Szechuan Pork Ribs or Mermaid’s Purse of fresh seafood. For entrees, diners can choose a paired meal of Bouillabaisse or Roast Duckling with Passion Fruit Sauce. Tiramisu (“the lovers’ cake”) or a Zinfandel Poached Pear Tart complete the meal. The price is just $60 per couple.
