Enjoy a free meal with Maui Food Not Bombs on Thursday, Feb. 18, at noon at the Kahului Canoe Hale Park. Everyone is welcome.
Maui Food Not Bombs is one of over 1,000 chapters around the world that collects surplus food and shares free vegan and vegetarian meals with the hungry.
Food Not Bombs was started by eight anti-nuclear activists in Cambridge, Mass., in 1980. This all-volunteer global movement also provides free meals at actions for peace, social justice and the environment.
