The Lahaina Arts Association’s (LAA) live auction/estate art sale will be held on Sunday, March 7, during an all-day Banyan Tree Art Fair from 1 to 4 p.m.
The association will offer unique piece of art—both wall art and accessories for the office, home or condo. LAA has been gifted with some beautiful art through their partnership with Aloha Shares and an anonymous donor in Wailea.
All proceeds go to LAA’s Children’s Art Outreach. LAA teaches multiple classes on Maui and Moloka‘i to underprivileged kids every week.
This piece is one of the many works of art to be found at the Lahaina Arts Association’s Banyan Tree Art Fair on Sunday, March 7.
The LAA Banyan Tree Art Fair will also include jewelry and photography.
For 43 years, LAA has been at the center of a thriving arts community on Maui. Established by artists as a 501(c)3 charity, LAA, through the Lahaina Arts Society, has been an incubator for rising local talent, with its famed Courthouse and Jail Galleries and Banyan Tree Art Fairs (www.lahaina-arts.com).
As part of its community base, LAA provides ongoing art programs throughout our island community for disadvantaged children and a juried scholarship program for high school students seeking art education.
