The presentation, which is free and open to the public, will be held at PWF’s Discovery Center, located downstairs at The Harbor Shops at Mā‘alaea next to Maui Ocean Center from 6 to 7:30 p.m. No registration is required.
The Making Waves Lecture Series is held on the third Thursday of every month. The free series offers the public a forum to learn about the marine environment, conservation and green living.

An adult Hawaiian monk seal in Mā‘alaea Harbor holds a pufferfish that it caught in its teeth and tossed around. The seal later discarded the pufferfish without consuming it.
