The event will feature a silent auction, food booths, live entertainment and a Jumpy Castle for the keiki. The public is invited to participate as walkers and event attendees.
Admission is by donation of canned goods or cash. All proceeds will go directly toward feeding those in need on Maui. For more information, visit sohmaui.org.
Currently, Feed My Sheep serves 9,500 individuals in need, including the homeless. The nonprofit disburses the equivalent of 140,000 meals each month through distribution sites throughout Maui.
Feed My Sheep obtained and distributed approximately 30 percent of the 1.86 million pounds of food collected by Maui Food Bank last year.
