“On Saturday, Nov. 20, we’re having an open house at REPS at Wailea Town Center from 2 to 5:30 p.m., because while this is a tough time economically, there are still reasons to celebrate and be thankful, and there’s always something we can do to help—ourselves and others,” said Selin.
Selin is holding an open house event to collect donations for Women Helping Women. The organization’s mission is to end domestic violence through advocacy, education and prevention; and to offer safety, support and empowerment to women and children, victims of domestic violence.
The not-for-profit (501c3) needs cash donations, but clothing, small, travel size toiletries and cosmetics are also appreciated.
Zumba for free with Kelley McCarthy-Cerny on Saturday, Nov. 20, at an open house fundraiser for Women Helping Women at REPS at Wailea Town Center.
“So clean out your closet, refresh your fitness wardrobe and bring your like-new items to REPS,” said Selin. “We’re really excited to be partnering with lululemon athletica to bring you the latest in technical clothing. For every $50 purchase, you’ll earn a $5 REPS gift voucher. Living a longer, healthier, more fun life is a goal we can all share.”
Throughout the day, experience free fitness classes including yoga at 2 p.m. with Alison Smith, mat Pilates at 3 p.m. with Jayme Newhouse and at 4:30 p.m., it’s time to Zumba Gold with Kelley McCarthy-Cerny.
“As we do for others, we must remember to do for ourselves as well,” said Selin. “The best way to treat yourself is by making time for fitness. And during our open house enjoy pūpū and cocktails from Capische. After all, it’s best to give and receive!”
