MHPCC Receives Security Award

University of Hawai‘i President Dr. M.R.C. Greenwood received the James S. Cogswell Outstanding Industrial Security Achievement Award on Wednesday, Nov. 17, on behalf of Maui High Performance Computing Center (MHPCC) staff in recognition of their outstanding achievement in implementation of the National Security Program, thereby contributing significantly to the security of our nation. MHPCC provides excellent leadership in partnership with industry and government to maintain the highest standards for security. President Greenwood is considered a national leader on science and technology policy as well as an expert on higher education policy issues.
