The ‘Aipono Wine Dinner Series is an ongoing benefit for the Maui Culinary Academy. Maui Nō Ka ‘Oi Magazine partnered with Chambers & Chambers to bring the industry’s top winemakers to six ‘Aipono Award-winning restaurants. Partial proceeds from the event go directly to the Maui Culinary Academy at UH Maui College for general funding and student scholarships.
The five-course dinner will feature wine pairings from Torbreck Vintners of the Barossa Valley, one of Australia’s oldest wine regions.
The cost is $95 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Reservations are necessary and seating is limited. Call Gannon’s at 875-8080 for reservations.
Gannon’s is located at the Wailea Golf Course, 100 Wailea Golf Club Drive in Wailea. Visit gannonsrestaurant.com for more information.
