Upcountry Farmers’ Market to Celebrate SNAP Program

Upcountry County Councilmembers Gladys Baisa and Mike White will be on-hand to mark the opening of SNAP, which will enable residents who use an EBT card to purchase fresh, local produce directly from the growers.
