The Maui News - County tax officials are asking landowners to file their agricultural use form by Dec. 9 if they wish to continue receiving the agricultural property tax assessment for the coming year. The county sent out approximately 1,200 letters to landowners last week informing them that they did not have the form on file and would lose the assessment if they did not reply within 30 days.
