Kihei-based Maui Herbs is offering free classes on the last Saturday of every month. The classes will be an educational look at Ayurveda, a traditional medicinal system from India, which incorporates diet, yoga and breathing techniques to optimize health.
Each month's class will focus on a different aspect of Ayurveda. Seating is limited and advance reservations are suggested.
Maui Herbs is also offering a New Year's special of 20 percent off their Take Home Cleansing/Detoxification/Weight Loss Program, available until the end of February.
