There are 14 days in the remainder of 2012 scheduled to be free of admission at Haleakala National Park and 397 other national parks across the country: National Park Week on April 21-29, Get Outdoors Day on June 9, National Public Lands Day on Sept. 29 and Veterans Day weekend on Nov. 10-12.
