Jennifer Chirico, an instructor at UH Maui College's Sustainable Living Institute of Maui, has earned a public policy degree from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. She is one of close to 2,000 undergraduate and graduate students to receive degrees this year in what was Georgia Tech's 241st commencement exercise.
Georgia Tech is rated by U.S. News and World Report as one of the nation's top 10 universities. The school is a research university that offers students a technologically focused education.
