Schuler Division announced it will begin sales of 60 new single-family homes in New Traditions, a new neighborhood in Maui Lani in Kahului. It marks the opening of the fifth neighborhood in the mixed-use, master-planned community.
The neighborhood is located near Pomaikai Elementary School and offers three- and four- bedroom plans between 1,250 and 1,502 square feet. Each home is fitted with D.R. Horton Schuler Division's Home Save Program, which helps homeowners reduce operating costs and future costs for maintenance and repairs. This includes solar hot water heaters, dual pane low-E windows, and ENERGY STAR appliances. They are also photovoltaic- and electric-car-ready.
"Providing homeownership opportunities for local, working families on Maui continues to be our priority," said Mike Jones, president of D.R. Horton. "Additionally, through our Home Save Program, the homes at New Traditions are designed to use less energy than many existing homes, ultimately allowing residents to save on monthly bills."
Prices start in the high $300,000s. For more information, call Lisa Baptiste at (808) 877-7707.
