South Maui Coed Softball League

The South Maui Coed Softball League finished up its first season with a single-elimination tournament on April 29 at the South Maui Community Park field. Cove Park 'Ohana got the day going with an easy 17-1 win over Hobrah's. Next up, Pool Polo edged Stella Blues 12-11. Regular season champ Nuts & Honey's took the field for the third game of the day and rolled past the 808 Grinders 14-2 to advance to the championship game against Pool Polo, who overcame the Cove Park 'Ohana 8-7.

The championship game between the leagues top two teams was all Pool Polo as they jumped out to an early lead, then cruised to an 18-10 win.
