On Friday, June 22, Maui Canoe Club will again host a "Paddle for Food" drive for the Maui Food Bank. Simply bring one or more non-perishable food items and receive a free half-hour padding session in the club's Hawaiian outrigger canoes.
The club will host four separate paddling sessions that morning at 7:30, 8, 8:30 and 9 a.m.
Participants should arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes early.

Maui Canoe Club is located on Sugar Beach along North Kihei Road just north of the Kealia Condominiums. Look for the red, white and blue canoes.
Maui Canoe Club has a growing membership that now exceeds 300 regular paddlers. The club's primary mission is to provide recreational paddling opportunities.
Maui residents and visitors are invited to paddle with the club every Monday through Friday morning at 6, 7:30 and 8:30 a.m.
