The 2012 basketballMAUI Summer Camp and signature event, Night of Shooting Stars, was a huge success, and I wanted to personally thank the Maui Weekly for its time, effort and generous support. We had more than 300 kids attend camp this year, and a sold out event at the Lahaina Civic Center for the Night of Shooting Stars. It was an incredible turnout and a huge success, thanks to all of the volunteers and community support. Please know I am truly thankful for all of your help and support as well. The work that is being done here is so much bigger than basketball.
