University of Hawai'i Maui College's EdVenture Continuing Education department is offering four new classes in business for fall 2012.
"Customer Success: The Secrets of the Successful Salesperson" will teach students the basics of relationship selling, providing a working knowledge of the methods that enable successful selling of company and products.
"Customer Success: Winning the Customer and Closing the Deal," the second-level class in the same series, will teach the "Five Phase Relationship Selling Process," and cover winning closing techniques.
"Developing a Workplace Culture to Enhance Productivity" will cover the five P's--productivity, passion, peace, play and possibilities in teaching skills to help create a productive workplace.
"Be Your Own Boss" will provide an introduction to entrepreneurial business.
