Once in a…

October 25, 2012
Charles Laquidara ( , The Maui Weekly

I decided to venture over to the Blue Moon Caf in North Kihei for a bite. I ordered a veggie omelet and a cup of coffee. They used three eggs and a big helping of super-fresh vegetables, all cooked perfectly--a tad al dente. The home fries were delicious--not overdone or re-cooked. This was obviously a breakfast made to order from the freshest ingredients.

It's priced reasonably--and even better if you show da kine when you pay the bill.

I loved it and highly recommend it.
