Blue Pacific Juice LLC acquired JJC Hawai'i LLC, the owner, operator and licensee of 32 Jamba Juice stores in Hawai'i. The purchase price was not disclosed. The change took effect on Jan. 1, and Blue Pacific Juice assumed direct operation of the 32 Jamba stores in the state. Blue Pacific Juice is owned and operated by Chris Scanlan and Eddie Park, who also independently own and operate 27 Jack in the Box restaurants in Hawai'i.
