Maui AIDS Foundation to Bring Mardi Gras to the Islands

Maui AIDS Foundation is excited to announce the return of Mardi Gras Maui on Saturday, Feb. 9, from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the King Kamehameha Golf Club.

A VIP Champagne Reception will be held from 7 to 8 p.m.

Dance the night away to Men in Black II and DJ Blast. Enjoy a silent auction and special performances from Glamity and Maui Roller Girls.

Proceeds from the event will support Maui AIDS Foundation and the programs it provides, including client care, housing assistance and food for those living with HIV/AIDS, and prevention and education for all of Maui County.

General admission tickets are $25; $35 at the door. VIP tickets are $100 and include reserved seating, food and the VIP Champagne Reception with a private bar.

Sponsorships range from $1,000 to $2,500 and include a table for 10 with VIP admittance and other benefits.

Buy tickets online on or before Friday, Feb. 8, at www.MauiAIDS.org. Or stop by the Maui AIDS Foundation office at 1935 Main St., #101, in Wailuku between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. or call (808) 242-4900.

Tickets are expected to sell out so purchase early.

Attendees must be 21 year of age or older.

The King Kamehameha Golf Club is located at 2500 Honoapi'ilani Highway in Wailuku.

The mission of Maui AIDS Foundation is to enhance the quality of life for those living with HIV/AIDS; to stop the spread of HIV infection; and to advocate for improved services.
