Allegiant Air is celebrating the inauguration of low-cost, nonstop flights between Spokane and Honolulu. The company, known for its exceptional travel deals, will offer fares as low as $140 one way between the two cities. Tickets must be purchased by Saturday, Feb. 16, for travel by Aug. 15. The new flights will operate once weekly between Spokane International Airport and Honolulu International Airport, carrying as many as 223 passengers on each flight.
