This summer, 32 realtors and staff from Windermere Valley Isle Properties gathered at the Upcountry campus of The Maui Farm to volunteer their time for a community service project. This day of service was held in conjunction with the Windermere Real Estate national community service day.
"The Windermere volunteers worked side-by-side with our staff, program participants, interns and other agency volunteers to assist with maintenance projects on our two-acre educational farm," said Executive Director Paula Ambre. "With many hands working together, our gardens were completely transformed! We appreciate that our local Windermere 'ohana selected The Maui Farm to benefit from their annual service project, and we are grateful to have made so many new friends."
"Each year when we have our Community Service Day, it cements my mind of how fortunate I am to have these agents to be a part of the Windermere 'Ohana," said Windermere Valley Isle Properties President and Principal Broker Leslie-Ann Yokouchi. "They are truly "citizen-agents."
