Crosby & Nash to Perform Benefit Concert at The MACC

August 1, 2013
Maui Weekly

The Maui Arts & Cultural Center (The MACC) invites you to see and hear David Crosby and Graham Nash perform amid the impeccable acoustics of the Castle Theater. Thursday, Aug. 29, is destined to be a night filled with memories when these iconic Rock and Roll Hall of Famers perform.

Proceeds from this show will be donated to "Ruth's Ride." Ruth Benavides is the daughter of Maui resident Bob Benavides, a dear friend and former bus driver for Crosby, Stills and Nash. Ten-year-old Ruth is globally delayed and is non-verbal and cannot walk on her own. She lives with her father and attends Kula Elementary School.

Crosby and Nash are performing on Maui to raise funds to purchase a wheelchair-accessible van for Ruth. More information about Ruth's Ride can be found at www.facebook.com/RuthsRide.
