Men's league games are played Monday through Wednesday nights with the first games starting at 6 p.m.

In other softball news, our Coed League is set to begin Sunday, Oct. 13, and our 50 & Over League will start Sunday Oct. 27. If you like softball, the community park is the place to be!

Registration is open for our 2014 youth basketball program. Forms are available from the Department of Parks & Recreation office in the Kihei Community Center, and in the Kamali'i Elementary, Kihei Elementary and Kihei Charter School offices.

Lastly, we are still looking for anyone interested in helping a build and develop a youth sand volleyball program in South Maui. Previous coaching experience is helpful, but not required. Knowledge and love of the game and a desire to help kids learn are the most important. If interested, contact me at 879-4533 or 866-7436.

We are always looking for volunteers to help officiate games. Just bring your shoes, and a willingness to help out--we'll supply the whistles. For information on any of our programs, call the South Maui Parks office at 879-4533, or check out our South Maui Parks Facebook page.
