Maui Weekly

Virgilio "Leo" Agcolicol was one of 20 Maui Filipinos whose faces and accomplishments were on display at the Maui Filipino Chamber of Commerce Foundation's Fil-Am Heritage Festival held on Saturday, Oct. 12, at Maui Mall. The festival celebrates Filipino American History Month, promotes business and shares the rich Filipino culture and heritage.

The longtime banker expects to retire from his post at the Kahului Branch of Central Pacific Bank at the end of October. A party to celebrate his distinguished career is planned for Nov. 16 at the Pukalani Community Center.
