Living Aloha Magazine, a new health publication coming to Maui in December, aims to publicize what Maui is all about around the globe.
Living Aloha Magazine incorporates all aspects of aloha into our daily lives and features Maui as a learning center for how to live aloha. The magazine will support the aloha lifestyle through honoring and advocating for all of life by elevating consciousness toward healthful living practices that sustain the individual, the community and the planet.
The magazine will serve as a single-source provider of information on healthy living and green products, offering a broad range of choices and solutions to help reduce our carbon footprint. It will will cover yoga and teacher training retreats, massage and massage schools, reiki, pilates, tai chi, chi gong, acupuncture, local and healthy organic food, organic farming, renewable energy, music, dance and activism.
First issue of Living Aloha Magazine to be published in December
Living Aloha Magazine is poised to become the premier resource for Maui's residents and visitors looking to promote health, community, culture and sustainability. The magazine's specialized focus on yoga, meditation, hiking, healthy food, and sustainable gardening resonates with its mission to spread the love and help elevate the consciousness of the world.
The magazine was founded by entrepreneur and drummer Carlos Garcia. For over 30 years, his primary business has been the publishing and distribution of free publications and promotional materials throughout the U.S., Europe and Japan.
The magazine will be distributed on Maui, Portland, Seattle, San Francisco. L.A., San Diego and New York City to entice people to come to Maui to learn how to live aloha and take it back home and implement it.
