Senior & Coed Softball League Schedule Extends

Both our Senior Softball (50 and over) and Coed Softball Leagues were rained out on the last Sunday of 2013. Those games will be played after the regular schedule ends, thus extending the seasons into February.

En Fuego got the weekend Senior Softball League action started with a 12-0 win over Maui 5-0 Blue on Sunday, Jan. 5. Owen Ching led the way, going three-for-three and knocking in three runs.

One Love Skate

A big mahalo to Sam Peralta of One Love Skate for leading a small, but eager and enthusiastic group of kids at our Christmas Skate Jam on Dec. 21. Everybody went home with a prize. And another big mahalo goes out to Andrew Beerer of Aloha Boards. The kids are always excited to win one of his skateboards!

We are always looking for volunteers to help officiate games. Just bring your shoes, and a willingness to help out--we'll supply the whistles. For information on any of our programs, call the South Maui Parks office at 879-4533, or check out our South Maui Parks Facebook page.
