Rock & Brews Pa'ia, the family-friendly, rock-themed restaurant co-founded by rock legends Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons of KISS, is open for business. Like its sister locations in Southern California and Los Cabos, Mexico, Rock & Brews Pa'ia boasts indoor and al fresco dining, complete with concert lighting, multiple screens presenting concert videos, hand-painted murals of rock artists, and album and tour art. The restaurant also features local artists and work that represents Hawai'i's rich history and culture.
The restaurant will feature the brand's popular, casual, American comfort food, as well as local favorites. A full bar offers Pa'ia's largest selection of craft beers.
The space was designed in collaboration with Architect Jim Niess of Maui Architectural Group, along with Al Lagunero, a Maui teacher, spiritual leader and artist, who served as a consultant on Hawaiian culture and art.
The 'ohana restaurant pays tribute to the warmth and character that is synonymous with Pa'ia, and is designed to welcome local families and visitors alike, while respecting the vibrant Rock & Brews brand look and feel.
Locals presenting a Hawai'i driver's license will receive complimentary upgrades to 20-ounce "Kama'aina Pints" on select 16-ounce draft beers.
The restaurant's highly anticipated public opening followed its grand opening held earlier this year, which benefited The Pa'ia Youth and Cultural Center.
Rock & Brews Pa'ia is located at 120 Hana Highway.
