As we reach the median point of 2014, the Kihei Community Association (KCA) is looking to examine a number of issues of major concern to our community. We will welcome state Sen. Roz Baker and state Rep. Kaniela Ing for a report of the now completed 2014 legislative session, and Councilmember Don Couch on the FY 2015 Maui County budget.
Our membership can decide how the South Maui area fared in both, and offer questions to the elected officials.
"We have made requests to various entities for written comments, which will be read to the membership and posted afterward at www.gokihei.org," said KCA President Mike Moran. "We will also announce who we invited to participate, but chose not to."
