The Lahaina Cannery Mall will host its 16th annual Keiki Hula Festival on Saturday and Sunday, July 19 and 20. This free, two-day cultural event will feature halau (dance troupes) from across the island presenting richly choreographed kahiko (ancient hula) and auana (modern) hula that express the traditional values of Hawai'i and the Pacific Islands.

The weekend celebration also features Hawaiian artisans and crafters demonstrating lei making, weaving, wood carving and other traditional skills. Halau will take the stage every-other hour beginning at 11 a.m. with the last performance at 3:30 p.m. each day.

Lahaina Cannery Mall, located on the north end of Lahaina Town fronting Honoapi'ilani Highway and Front Street is open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. (7 p.m. Sundays).
