Charley’s continues to turn it up on the North Shore

May 7, 2009
Maui Weekly

Charley’s Restaurant and Saloon has been a landmark on Maui’s North Shore for nearly 40 years, and owner Jim Fuller doesn’t plan on slowing things down anytime soon. The management team is excited about the handful of initiatives they have begun to roll out, including the launch of their new Website, www.charleysmaui.com, thanks to Grace Communications. Grace Communications is a full-service marketing, event planning and special projects consulting agency run by new Maui resident Kristin Hettermann. Charley’s also now offers discounts for nonprofit events, a Hana lunch package and a food delivery service within approximately a two miles radius, covering Spreckelsville, upper and lower Pa‘ia and Ku‘au. Their well-rounded menu continues to present tasty fare at reasonable prices in an ‘ohana atmosphere. Visitors and residents alike can enjoy superb live music from local talent and more several nights a week, with a chance to catch good friend, Willie Nelson, from time to time. Charley’s Restaurant and Saloon is located at 142 Hana Highway in the heart of Pa‘ia and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., with the bar open nightly until 1 a.m. Check out the new Website, www.charleysmaui.com, or call 579-8085 for more information.
