South Maui Youth Life Expo seeks youth organizations.

South Maui Youth Life Expo (S.M.Y.L.E) will be held on Sunday, Aug. 24, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Kihei Community Center, 303 E Lipoa St. in Kihei. The third annual S.M.Y.L.E. event sponsored by Kiwanis Club of South Maui, provides youth-oriented organizations catering to South Maui youth a venue to inform youth and their parents about activities and services they offer. Over 1,000 attendees enjoyed the food, entertainment and exhibits last year, and many families discovered new activities.

All youth-oriented organizations are welcome to participate, but only 50 spaces are available. Registration is $20; free for nonprofits. No retail vending, crafting or soliciting will be permitted.

The event also includes presentations, live entertainment, a Kiwanis pancake breakfast and fun for the whole family.
