A Maui Meadows Neighborhood Association general meeting will be held on Thursday, Sept. 4, from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at the Kihei Charter School Auditorium, 300 Ohukai Road, Suite 209, in Kihei. The first hour will be an exposition devoted to issues of sustainability and energy and water conservation. Specialists on photovoltaic systems and solar hot water systems will be on hand to provide information, as well as the County of Maui, Maui Electric Company, South Maui Sustainability and Maui Tomorrow.

Other topics of interest to all residents of Maui Meadows will be covered and new board members will be elected during the meeting.
