Ticket prices are $100 for silver seating and $150 for gold seating. Corporate tables are also available. Tickets can be purchased at Who Cut the Cheese located in the Azeka II Shopping Center on South Kihei Road in Kihei, by phone at (808) 283-7910, or online at www.mauigateway.com/~jgwood/Hope.htm.
